I chose Life Esteem because i got interested in that topic because i wanted to know how the life esteem works for the people. I learn how people deal with depression i what causes theme to have depression. the things that causes the depression among people will be because the lost someone in there life that were really important to them. thats how people for one get depress also they have problems and they don't know how to fix theme that another problem.
Other things that i learn will be how to manage stress among theme selfs. Stress could come from different things like school,parents,friends mostly people get stress with school because they have alo't of work to do or your failing classes thats one with stress another will be at home that you always fight with your parents and they get stress because there having alot of problems thats why they and us get stress out.
Life Esteem hava alot of mental and emotional health it also causes behavior in people and how you act around people. Your behavior could change if you have problems like if your sad and also its different if your active and happy its all depends in your attitude for that day and how you feel it shows it in your behavior. Also if your addictive with that behavior like if you are always like that and dont change same behavior all the time thats what i learn from life esteem.
